Secondary sales driving the cluster TSIs towards achieving secondary sales targets through order booking and POB execution.
Communication of various schemes operating and being a channel between distributors and retailers and for wholesale markets.
Target setting for TSIs.
Supervision of overall working of the TSIs by keeping a track of their DVLs, beats, productivity, target vs achievement, Growth achievement etc.
Ensuring daily reports are sent and monitoring DSRs, order forms and other formats of the team.
Ensuring product awareness and visibility through displays and other merchandising, posters etc through team.
Involved in recruitment process of TSI.
Effective query handling and customer satisfaction.
Handling and follow up of admin related problems, if any, faced by the TSIs with the superiors.
Ensuring consistent achievement of incentives by team members.
Ensuring minimum attrition in his team
Communication and coordination with ABMs for distributor and wholesale market related matters.
Effective query handling at retailer level.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
